Peter heads the real estate team in Austria. He is recognized for his experience in real estate and construction, having a focus on real estate development and acquisitions as well as the realisation of property development and investment projects for residential and commercial real estate. He also regularly advises on the tax optimisation of transactions as well as on the drafting of rental and leasing agreements and on design and construction contracts. He is also a member of our energy sector group.
Being an acknowledged legal expert in the development and management of energy projects (in particular renewable energy such as wind and PV) Peter is an ideal partner for national and international clients seeking advice in energy generation and trading. He represents clients before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals in related matters and also has special knowledge in banking & finance.
