Elnaz Mehrkhah is a lawyer and a certified tax advisor. Her area of practice covers all aspects of national and international tax law. She advises on the tax structuring of company acquisitions, real estate transactions, restructurings and the establishment of fund structures and she focuses on tax law advice to high-growth companies, in particular start-ups, venture capital and private equity funds.
Before joining Taylor Wessing, she was an associate in the tax law practice of an international law firm in Frankfurt/Main. Elnaz Mehrkhah regularly publishes in professional journals and holds lectures.
