The Knowledge & Innovation team consists of specialized lawyers and legal engineers who work together to develop strategic methods, technologies and innovative solutions to optimally prepare and digitize legal expertise for client advice.
As an expert in real estate, Franziska works at the interface between the preparation of comprehensive legal knowledge and the use of modern technology. Her focus is on environmental, social & governance (ESG) and sustainability in the context of real estate law. She advises colleagues with her extensive knowledge, manages the internal knowledge database and is co-editor of specialist articles.
Thanks to her many years of experience as a lawyer, she has a deep understanding of clients' needs. She examines the use of legal tech/AI applications for the real estate sector and develops tailor-made solutions together with clients.
