Galya Stareva is a member of the practice area Commercial Real Estate. She specialises in real estate transactions, including portfolio transactions, particularly in the logistics and corporate real estate asset classes. She also assists with transactions in the healthcare sector relating to property law and advises on tenancy law.
She also specialises in projects in the field of renewable energies. She has several years of expertise in property law issues, particularly in relation to securing land for wind energy and solar PV projects.
She is currently applying her previous experience in the knowledge management team to the introduction of new legal tech applications.
Galya Stareva has a law degree from the University of Sofia and is a qualified lawyer (Advokat) in Bulgaria. She also holds a degree in economics and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Hamburg and has been a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association in Hamburg since 2022.
Comprehensive legal advice to PARQ energy on the structuring of a bridge loan by Kommunalkredit Austria AG, which will be used for the development of a photovoltaic project with a nominal output of 38 MWp. The project will supply around 11,500 households with sustainable energy per year.

The electricity is reimbursed with a fixed market bonus as well as with a so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that juwi developed jointly with MVV Trading GmbH. Hamburg-based CEE Group has acquired project and PPA.
