Hannes Tutt is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Practice Area. He advises German and international clients on real estate law, particularly on real estate transactions regarding the asset classes of logistics and corporate real estate as well as the management of complex multi-tenant real estate and portfolios. In this context, Hannes Tutt provides a holistic advisory approach over the entire real estate life cycle.
Another focus of his practice is advising clients on real estate issues related to renewable energy plants, both on buildings (e.g. rooftop photovoltaic plants) and large industrial plants (e.g. wind turbines and ground-mounted photovoltaic plants). In this area, Hannes Tutt has many years of expertise both in the drafting of individual contractual agreements and standard contracts as well as in project development and the structuring of corresponding business models.
