She advises clients from start ups to big corporations in different sectors on all things trade marks covering clearing the use of a mark, filing, prosecution, contentious registry proceedings and am engaged in settlement discussions. She also has experience in online brand enforcement such as domain name disputes and social media takedowns.
Smita has supported clients in various sectors including fashion, charities, FMCG, technology and pharmaceuticals.
