Kachenka is an Associate specialising in intellectual property (IP) and media law, with a particular focus on brands, content, and advertising.
Her practice includes contentious and non-contentious work, as she supports clients with the strategic management and enforcement of their IP rights and related queries.
Kachenka handles litigation and other disputes (including domain name abuse, and counterfeiting), and advises clients on consumer rights laws and advertising regulations. She frequently coordinates multijurisdictional projects to deliver coherent advice tailored to her clients' businesses.
She also advises on pre-publication content clearance to prevent or mitigate the release of defamatory, false, misleading, or private information.
