Dirk is a member of the Trademarks, Advertising & Design practice area and of the Technology, Media & Communications industry group. He primarily advises media and technology companies and consumer goods manufacturers on all issues pertaining to IP and copyright law.
One focus of his consultancy is on litigation in copyright, competition and trademark disputes. Moreover, Dirk advises clients on the drafting and conclusion of licensing agreements and on other IP-related transactions as well as on questions of press and media law. He also specialises in strategic counseling on advertising measures and trademark development.
