Lara specialises in intellectual property (IP) and media law. Lara regularly advises clients on how best to protect, enforce and exploit their IP rights, with a particular focus on brands and designs.
Lara works on a range of IP rights and commercial, media and IP issues, involving litigation, advisory and commercial agreements. Lara is also experienced at managing a number of global enforcement projects, liaising with a network of international attorneys to ensure that her clients' rights are robustly protected. Her work spans a wide-range of industries, but she has particular experience in the retail, fashion, tech, consumer goods and automotive sectors.
Lara also has experience in protecting the reputations of both individuals and companies across all sectors, dealing with matters concerning confidentiality, defamation and harassment.
