Adeolu is an associate specialising in intellectual property (IP) law and reputation management.
Adeolu supports clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters in relation to trade mark, copyright and other brand, content, consumer and advertising issues, including IP-related commercial matters. She gained practical understanding of key IP, commercial and consumer issues during a six-month secondment to a global luxury fashion e-commerce company.
Adeolu also has a focus on reputation management matters, representing clients on both pre-publication and post-publication defamation, privacy, confidentiality, harassment and contentious data protection issues.
Additionally, Adeolu advises clients in relation to commercial agreements and transactions, including supporting on contractual and IP due diligence as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She also has experiencing supporting clients in co-ordinating multijurisdictional commercial advice.
