Mounira Freih-Bengabou is a counsel specialized in employment and social security law.
She advises her clients on all issues relating to employment law and in particular on issues relating to individual relations (HR advice to French and international companies), reorganization (transfer of business, collective redundancies including negotiation of social plans), issues relating to collective labour law (employee representatives, management of strike movements, negotiation and drafting of collective agreements, etc.), both in advisory and litigation matters. Moreover, Mounira represents her clients before Labour Courts.
Mounira was seconded within a US publicly traded company for several months. She notably assisted and advised them on a reorganization post-acquisition of several companies.
Mounira has solid experience in implementing collective redundancies. She has recently assisted several groups and companies in implementing collective redundancies and social plans (including negotiating with employee representatives, representing companies before the labour authorities, etc.). She also assists clients in conducting HR investigations. She is now certified as an investigative lawyer by the Paris Bar.
