Content: protecting content and protecting people

We look at issues relating to content with a focus on the rise in cases around alleged use of copyright materials to train AI, including the outcome and impact of the Getty Images v Stability AI decision.  We also look at the extent to which AI-generated content is protected by copyright in the UK. Finally, we look at content in the context of online safety and protection of minors, particularly in terms of generative AI and deepfakes.
