Julie is a counsel working in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group and is specialized in French Labour law.
Julie provides legal advice and assistance within a broad scope of activity that covers both individual and collective labor relationships.
Indeed, Julie has solid experience in assisting French and international companies when implementing their business in France (recruitment process, internal processes including working time schemes, etc.), in negotiating with employee representatives and union delegates (e.g. drafting of company agreements, works council elections, UES topic, litigations, etc.) and in various HR topics on a day-to-day basis. Julie also assists companies in implementing reductions in force, assessing the related costs and options, as well as in the framework of disputes before the Labour Courts.
Julie is also used to provide legal assistance to Top Level Executives, especially in the framework of a negotiated departure.
Julie provides both advisory and litigation services.
A member of the Paris Bar since November 2010, Julie joined Taylor Wessing's Employment Law department in 2013. She was appointed Counsel in 2022.
