Mounira Freih-Bengabou is a counsel specialized in employment and social security law.
Her experience includes notably the drafting of employment contracts in an international context, managing directors’ status, negotiation of settlement agreements, company restructuring operations, transfers of undertaking, redundancy procedure as well as day to day HR advice to French and international companies. Mounira also represents her clients before the Labour Courts.
