Robert is a specialist lawyer for labour law and a genuine all-round expert for the supply of temporary workers: With his industry experience, he advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective law relating to the legally secure deployment of external workers. Clients also value his advice on questions regarding the distinction between temporary workers and external company staff.
Robert is very familiar with the handling of control procedures in the company: He has extensive experience as a supervisor for tax audits of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit. The versatility of Robert’s expertise is also illustrated by his work in the development of project-related software, including a legal tech product for the technical evaluation of external staff assignments.
