Dr. Kilian Friemel

As a specialist lawyer for labour law, Kilian advises national and international companies as well as employers' associations on all questions of labour law. He heads the German Practice Group Employment, Pensions & Mobility. Clients value his negotiating skills and his expertise in developing concepts for flexible personnel, pay and working hours.

In addition, he is a specialist in drafting contracts for the use of flexible personnel resources (temporary employment, interim management, freelancers, contracts for work and services), which he links with strategic issues during restructuring. His advice therefore begins long before the deployment of external personnel, and also explicitly includes negotiations with works councils and trade unions.
