Graham is Head of our Tax and Incentives team in the UK.  He is an international tax specialist who advises domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of transactional and advisory tax matters. Graham regularly works with FTSE 100 and Future Global 100 companies.

He guides clients through stock and asset/business acquisitions and disposals, crossborder tax structuring, UK inbound and outbound investment, joint ventures and reorganisations.

He also advises on tax issues relating to the development, ownership and exploitation of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on the life science and technology sectors.

EQT on £1bn residential real estate joint venture.

Advised global investor EQT on a £1bn residential real estate joint venture, set to bring 3000 new rental homes to Greater London. The billion-sterling investment portfolio is being launched with residential property developer Sigma Capital. It is the first UK investment for EQT Real Estate, a division of global investor EQT Partners.

Babylon Health, a UK-based digital health subscription provider, on its USD550m fundraising to support expansion into the US and Asia. This is the largest ever fundraising in the European or US digital health sector and values Babylon at over USD2bn. Investors included PIF, ERGO Fund, Kinnevik and Vostok New Ventures.
