Emma is a senior counsel in our Disputes & Investigations team who specialises in complex, cross-border disputes and investigations.
Emma has substantial experience of acting on cases involving fraud and asset tracing / asset recovery, particularly in insolvency or distressed situations, as well as regularly advising international companies, start-ups, boards and investors in relation to corporate and shareholder disputes, risk management strategies and dispute resolution. She advises on a wide range of litigation, arbitration, ADR and investigations, and has been seconded to clients under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office.
Emma is recommended for Civil Fraud in Legal 500 and named as an "associate to watch" by Chambers and Partners.
Emma joined Taylor Wessing as a trainee in 2010.
