Alicia has particular expertise advising a broad range of commercial clients in matters relating to high value contentious lease renewals, rights of light issues, debt recovery and lease termination (including forfeiture and break issues). Alicia's expertise also extends to advising high net worth individuals on complex matters relating to their residential property, ranging from service charge disputes to nuisance and negligence claims.
