Tom Winter is an Associate in Taylor Wessing's Construction and Engineering team.
Tom specialises in non-contentious construction matters across a number of sectors, regularly advising on all aspects of construction and ancillary contract documentation, including building contracts (both industry standard and bespoke forms), pre-construction agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and third-party rights, as well as security documents. Tom acts for a variety of clients including developers, employers, contractors, and financial institutions.
