Chris is a senior counsel in the Real Estate group. He has a real breadth of experience working with a variety of clients including investors, developers, funds, owner occupiers and entrepreneurs. He advises on a broad range of asset classes in real estate including student housing, hotels, stadia, offices, logistics and retail and leisure. Chris also deals with a range of investment and development transactions in the commercial real estate sector. He specialises in complex development work with a particular focus on the living, hotels, hospitality and leisure and stadia real estate sub-sectors.
McLaren Property on a GBP175 million forward funding with Brookfield's Student Roost. The funding will be used by McLaren to develop three new student accommdation schemes delivering a total of 1,387 beds to two prime, regional cities; Warwick and Brighton. The schemes will be delivered for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 academic years, with two schemes in Warwick and one in Brighton.
