Acquisition, SME: Sherweb Ireland Limited's acquisition of MicroWarehouse

Bríd specialises in all areas of commercial real estate including real estate development, investment, development and finance transactions. Bríd has acted for a wide spectrum of clients ranging from renewable energy companies, lenders, borrowers, private investors, investment funds, landlords and occupiers across a range of sectors including renewable energy, retail, development lands, hospitality, affordable housing and PBSA.   

Bríd has experience acting for international banks and with international teams on portfolio and real estate finance deals. 

Bríd regularly works with colleagues in the firm on deals, including but not limited to, corporate mergers and acquisitions and real estate financings.
