Rebecca is an associate in the real estate disputes group and advises clients on a wide variety of property related disputes, in respect of both commercial and residential matters.
She regularly advises clients on broad range of commercial and residential disputes. Rebecca has particular expertise advising a range of commercial clients in matters relating to 1954 Act lease renewals, vacant possession strategy, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices and service charge disputes.
Rebecca also has experience advising residential clients in respect of obtaining vacant possession, adverse possession, claims for breach of covenant and boundary disputes.
