Emma is an associate in the Construction and Engineering team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
With experience in acting for a range of clients including developers and funders, Emma advises on all aspects of construction documentation including building contracts, consultant appointments, novation agreements, collateral warranties, third party rights, and security documentation including guarantees and performance bonds. Emma also works across a range of sectors and provides construction input into broader real estate and real estate finance transactions.
