Alan is a member of our Real Estate group. He guides clients through all aspects of their commercial property transactions. Alan specialises in investment acquisitions and disposals, forward funding transactions and development agreements.

Alan has more than 20 years of experience advising developers, investors, owners and occupiers across a range of sectors, including logistics, leisure, office and retail.
