Stephen is a senior associate in the Real Estate Disputes group and specialises in advising clients on a wide variety of property related disputes, at all levels of the civil court hierarchy and in relation to both commercial and residential property disputes. Stephen has particular expertise advising on matters relating to contentious lease renewals, dilapidations, recovery of rent and break notices.
