Georgina is a partner within our Real Estate group. She advises institutional investors, developers and major corporate occupier clients on a broad range of real estate matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, development and forward funding transactions and asset management matters. Georgina's clients operate across several sectors including office, retail and leisure, and logistics. Georgina is heavily involved in our responsible business programme and is a key member of various inclusion initiatives.

Georgina joined Taylor Wessing as an associate in 2014 and has since advised clients on a number of multi-million pound acquisitions of multi-let logistics and industrial assets transactions in the UK.

BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of prime logistics portfolio

We have advised BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of a seven-asset strong logistics portfolio from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. The platform includes seven logistics assets, totalling 2.18m sq ft. Over 80% of the portfolio is let to tenants such as Sainsburys, British Gas, DSV and Clipper on core logistics parks including Magna Park, Lutterworth, D.I.R.F.T, Hams Hall and Warth Park.

InfraRed Capital Partners on its GBP20 million acquisition of a multi-let industrial estate

InfraRed Capital Partners Limited on its GBP20 million acquisition of a 105,000 sq ft (c. 9,755 m²) multi-let industrial estate. The estate is located in Sidcup, in the south east of Greater London. The acquisition marks the start of InfraRed’s recent GBP200m commitment to its Core+ urban logistics strategy and will aim to capture the increasing demand for warehousing space near large and growing metropolitan areas.
