Bijou advises on all aspects of construction documentation, including building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation, such as guarantees and performance bonds.
Bijou acts for a wide range of clients, including employers, developers, contractors and funders across a number of sectors.
During her career, Bijou has worked on secondment at a major automotive provider and has previous experience in contentious matters, including multi-million pound construction disputes.
