Jean-Philippe is an associate in Taylor Wessing's Real Estate department in Paris.
He works closely with the entire real estate team with both French and international clients in the commercial real estate sector, particularly on real estate financing and asset management matters (asset and property management contracts, commercial leases (French), emphyteutic leases, construction contracts, etc.). He is particularly involved in the field of hotels, on which he works jointly with Alfred Fink.
He acquired his experience after several experiences in law firms and companies, before joining Taylor Wessing in January 2022.
