Annabel is a senior counsel – knowledge in the real estate and construction group. She has specialised in commercial property since 2002, dealing with investors, funders, developers and asset managers in relation to many high value transactions. In this role Annabel provides technical legal support to the commercial real estate team, advising on complex transactional points. With responsibility for continual improvement and development, she trains the team and clients on the latest legal developments as well as continually reviewing transaction management tools including the latest AI solutions. She manages the Real Estate paralegal team across Liverpool and London.
