Nicolas is a corporate partner who specialises in corporate transactions for listed and non-listed businesses.
He is admitted to the Bar in Paris and in New York, and has more than 20 years experience advising, private equity, funds, targets, acquirers, sellers and issuers on capital investment, merger & acquisition and securities law. Nicolas expertly guides both French and international clients through complex corporate finance transactions. He will support you with financing through venture capital, growth capital, LBO, and M&A deals. His stock exchange experience means he can advise on IPOs, rights offerings, block sales, public take overs, delisting and other regulatory issues.
He also advises buyers in acquisitions of distressed companies.
