Allan devotes his time between the Corporate/M&A and capital markets as well as the Banking and finance departments and it is exactly this interdisciplinary expertise which is highly appreciated by clients.

Aside from advising on national and international M&A transactions, Allan is involved in the start-up scene and related cross-border venture capital transactions, supporting emerging growth companies at all stages of their life cycles, as well as investors of all types.
