Giorgia is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements and Distribution. She advises German and International companies on purchasing, selling and distribution (e-commerce, sales representatives, agents and franchise systems), as well as product safety and product liability.
Her practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts and representation in disputes. She also advises on company transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, particularly in Italian, German and English.
