Henning drafts, negotiates and advises on complex contracts with a focus on technology. He has more than 10 years of experience as an inhouse lawyer working for major international companies in the IT and wind industry sectors. Inter alia, he negotiated EPC contracts for wind farms in South Africa (including maintenance and BoP subcontractor agreements), helped resolved global product crises and brought large IT outsourcing agreements to their conclusion.
