Nils Schulze-Brüggemann

Nils Schulze-Brüggemann is a member of the practice area Commercial Agreements and Distribution. He advises companies on all legal issues relating to procurement and distribution (in particular e-commerce, commercial agency and authorized dealer systems) as well as product liability.

Previously, as Head of Legal of a retail chain for streetwear and sneakers, he was responsible for advising the company on matters of trademark law, competition and copyright law, as well as licensing, distribution and commercial law, with a focus on the negotiation of licensing, marketing and agency agreements.
