Nils Schulze-Brüggemann specializes in contract law, competition law and compliance. He advises companies on all aspects of IT and technology contracts, in particular in the area of software and platform development, as well as on complex projects involving compliance with external personnel and ESG issues.
Another focus of his work is competition and advertising law, where he particularly supports companies in the legally compliant design of Green Claims. He assists clients with compliance audits and projects, helping them to implement legal requirements strategically and practically.
Before joining Taylor Wessing, he worked as Head of Legal for a leading streetwear and sneaker retail chain, where he was responsible for advising on trademark, competition and copyright law issues, as well as on distribution and commercial law topics with a particular focus on license and marketing agreements.
