Christian has more than ten years of experience in high-stakes and international brand matters. His practice covers all aspects of trade mark law, including brand clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
He manages the trade mark portfolios for some of the world’s leading brands in technology, media, life sciences, luxury and retail. He frequently handles complex cross-border disputes – especially those involving unconventional marks and trade dress protection.
