Acquisition of a Grade 1 Listed country house and 600 acres of farmland

A family trust on its acquisition of an estate that comprised a substantial Grade I Listed country house with surrounding gardens and grounds, several farm cottages that were let on a mix of Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Rent Act tenancies and Rent (Agriculture) Act tenancies, 600 acres of farmland that was let on a Farm Business Tenancy, farm buildings, a reservoir and a commercial shoot.
