Bridget is a senior associate in the Tax & Incentives group, providing advice on a wide range of matters relating to corporate tax (with a particular focus on general M&A and private equity transactions), banking & finance tax, employment-related taxation, VAT and stamp taxes in the UK.
Bridget has significant experience in assisting with the tax aspects of a range of corporate transactions, including crossborder private M&A, joint venture, private equity and funds and venture capital arrangements.
Bridget acts for a broad range of clients including companies at every stage of development, from start-ups to listed entities, and UK and non-UK persons across a range of sectors with particular focus on the technology sector, life sciences, energy and renewables and the banking and finance sectors.
