Jan advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He represents employers nationwide in all instances of labour court proceedings and in negotiations with employee representatives. His practice focuses on advising employers on reorganization and restructuring projects and supporting corporate transactions.

Another focus of his practice is advising companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors on employment law issues. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industry, his clients include various companies from this sector. For several years now, his practice has also focused on advising South Korean and Chinese companies with business activities in Germany.
