Dr. Jan W. Grawe
Jan advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. He represents employers before the respective labour courts and in negotiations with employee representatives. His practice focuses on advising employers on reorganisation and restructuring projects and on corporate transactions.
A further focus is on employment law advice for South Korean and Chinese companies with business activities in Germany. Due to Jan’s comprehensive knowledge of the transport and logistics industry, his clients also include various companies from this sector.
