Christina Poth, LL.M. (Edinburgh)

Christina is a member of the Employment, Pension, and Mobility Practice Area and specializes in temporary employment and the use of external personnel. She supports companies in implementing complex legal requirements in this area – in particular, she advises recruitment agencies on applying for temporary employment permits, drafting contracts in accordance with collective agreements for temporary work, and in the event of imminent revocation of the permit.

Another focus of her work is on collective labor and social security law issues. This includes advising on co-determination issues under the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) as well as supporting company audits and status determination procedures.
