Isabel Bäumer

Isabel works at Taylor Wessing's Frankfurt office and is a member of the Employment, Pensions & Mobility practice area. She advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law.

A particular focus of her work is compliance and whistleblower protection. She supports her clients in proceedings to investigate and clarify compliance violations and all labour and co-determination issues that may arise in this context.

Isabel specialises in the design of incentive and remuneration systems in financial institutions. In addition, she has in-depth knowledge of labour law support for internal investigations within the financial sector.
