Isabel Bäumer

Isabel is a member of the Employment, Pensions & Mobility practice group. She provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on matters of individual and collective employment law and provides her clients with intensive support in matters of co-determination law in negotiations with the works council.

One particular focus of her work is compliance and whistleblower protection. She supports her clients in proceedings to investigate and resolve compliance violations, as well as in all employment and co-determination issues that may arise in this context.

Isabel specializes in the design of incentive and compensation systems in financial institutions. She also has in-depth knowledge of the employment law aspects of internal investigations within the financial sector.
