Christina Poth, LL.M. (Edinburgh)

Christina is a member of the Employment, Pension and Mobility Practice Area and specializes in the temporary employment and external personnel deployment.

She supports companies in implementing complex legal requirements in this area – in particular, she advises personnel placement companies on applying for a temporary employment permit, on drafting contracts that take into account collective bargaining agreements for temporary employment, and in the event of a threatened revocation of the permit.

Another focus of her work is on collective labor and social security issues. This includes advising on co-determination issues under the German Works Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz), as well as supporting clients during company audits and status determination procedures.
