Philip advises in the areas of corporate/M&A, private equity and venture capital with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.
Philip advises German and international corporates, financial investors, ventures and members of the management, in particular on acquisitions and disposals, financing rounds, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and carve-outs as well as on corporate law and corporate governance topics. Due to a large number of projects, he has specific expertise in the pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering/manufacturing, new economy/technology, banking and finance sectors. In addition, Philip has extensive expertise in transaction management.
