Vestas on Project Agreements for largest German Offshore Wind Farm Nordlicht 1

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the drafting and negotiation of the project agreements for Vattenfall‘s offshore wind farm Nordlicht 1. The contracts cover the delivery and installation of 68 V236-15.0 MW turbines, including their service and maintenance. Nordlicht 1 will be the largest offshore wind project in Germany.

Vestas on Project Agreements with RWE for Offshore Wind Project Nordseecluster A

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations for the project agreements with RWE for the German offshore wind project Nordseecluster A. The agreements with RWE provide for the supply, delivery and commissioning of 44 wind turbines of the type V236-15.0 MW and include a 5-year service agreement followed by an operational support agreement.

Acquisition of the first German “onshore wind+storage”-project and respective PPA

Taylor Wessing advised CEE Group on a special renewable energy transaction. CEE Group acquired the only "onshore wind+storage" project in Germany to date from juwi including a PPA contract with MVV Trading GmbH. juwi was awarded the contract for this innovative project in the first nationwide innovation tender by the German Federal Network Agency in September 2020. The electricity is reimbursed with a fixed market bonus as well as with a so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that juwi developed jointly with MVV Trading GmbH. Hamburg-based CEE Group has acquired project and PPA.

Vestas on Project Agreements for Offshore Wind Project “Baltic Power”

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on drafting and negotiation of the project contracts for the offshore wind farm "Baltic Power". The project contracts include the turbine supply agreement (TSA) and the service and maintenance agreement (SMA), as well as further documentation relevant for the financing of the project. Vestas will supply and install 15 MW turbines of the type "V236-15.0 MW". Vestas will also provide their maintenance and servicing for a period of 15 years.
