Emma is a senior counsel in the Real Estate group, specialising in planning and environmental law. Emma advises clients on all aspects of planning law, spanning transactional work, advisory work, and planning litigation.
Emma has particular expertise advising on high-value single site development projects, including obtaining planning consents, negotiating and drafting section 106 agreements, and advising on compulsory purchase processes. Emma also advises on the planning and environmental aspects of major real estate, corporate, and financing transactions.
