Balanced and pragmatic, always with the commercial interests of his clients in mind, he advises and negotiates for lenders and borrowers.
His expertise is particularly sought after for acquisition financing, restructuring and corporate financing. Ulf also advises on banking regulatory issues, real estate loan financing and project financing. Not least thanks to his training as a banker and secondments in well-known credit institutions, he is very familiar with the processes and requirements of banks.
