Julia advises companies and regulatory authorities on all questions of environmental and planning law. She focuses on large infrastructure projects as well as Renewables – covering the whole process from the application documents via the environmental impact assessments and Natura 2000 assessments to the final approval of the decision.
Academically Julia Wulff focuses on legislative accelerations in the field of environmental and planning law and the legal requirements of international and European environmental law. After her doctoral thesis on questions of legislative accelerations she has already published in various academic journals as well as the Verfassungsblog and has been a speaker on large conferences hosted by e.g. the Umweltbundesamt/BMUV and the Gesellschaft für Umweltrecht. Julia Wulff is available as an expert to prepare legal opinions on matters of legislative accelerations.
