With nearly two decades of transaction experience, he has worked on projects in a wide range of industries and has particular sector expertise within the Chemicals, Life Sciences, Technology and Industrials sector. Clients value him as a ‘pragmatic, quick-thinking and strong negotiator and advisor’ who understands their markets as well as their commercial priorities and strategic expectations.
Stephan also served for several years as Group General Counsel of a global chemicals and pharmaceuticals group.
