Johannes is Head of our Real Estate Practice Area. He is a lawyer for real estate and construction law. Thanks to his German-French background, he has an intrinsic knowledge of the international perspective. He primarily advises international companies, in particular French investors, real estate funds and project developers.
He applies his long-standing transactional experience to the purchase, sale and development of real estate. The spectrum of his real estate practice includes individual and portfolio sales as well as transactions at the interface between real estate and corporate law. He also provides legal assistance on commercial tenancy law and general real estate law.
